J.D.: Seriously though, characters don’t appear without clothes in Penance unless there’s a reason for it. Ignatius’s reason for his lack of clothes is explained later.
Craig: And back in the prologue, Rex’s clothes had been burned off.
J.D.: I also had a lot of fun with the shading on Ranger in this page. I loved working with the Phial’s glow in the dungeon.
Craig: Yeah, Ranger looks great in panel 2. I love the way you illuminated his face. Getting telepathy in Angband is always an exciting moment for me. It means that my character has made it past the mid-game. Few ever do.
J.D.: However, if you want to get any rest, you need to take it off.
Craig: Yeah, every time a monster moves it interrupts me. Even messing with the disturb options doesn’t seem to help. Any of our savvy readers manage to rest with ESP? I’d love to know your settings. š
